Digital marketing campaigns and retainer services adhere to the following provisions:

• Platform Ad Spend (Google, Meta, TikTok): Paid directly to advertising networks and non-refundable by Dr4ad once expended in ad auctions.
• Management Retainers: 100% refundable if canceled prior to strategy onboarding. If research and creative production have commenced, pro-rated hourly costs are deducted, and remaining balance refunded.
• Post-Launch Period: Active month management fees are non-refundable, with the client free to discontinue future retainers with zero penalty fees.

3. Web, E-Commerce & Software Development

Custom engineering and web projects follow transparent milestone validation:

• UI/UX Wireframing Phase: Unlimited revisions until sign-off, or 100% deposit refund if terminated prior to final mockup approval.
• Development Phase: Demonstrated on staging environments with payment releases tied directly to successful milestone demonstrations.
